Payment and Shipping

• A minimum order value is not required.
• All indicated prices are gross prices including the statutory VAT. In addition, shipping costs apply.
• For delivery to a country outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland), VAT will not be charged. You will receive a net invoice from us. The costs for the applicable VAT in the respective country, import duties, and any applicable fees are to be paid by the recipient on site. Unfortunately, we cannot provide you with any binding information regarding the amount of these expenses.

As a first-time customer, you have the choice between

• Advance Payment
  Our bank details will be displayed in the order confirmation via email. After receipt of the payment or a transfer confirmation, we will ship the goods. The invoice will be enclosed with the package. Of course, we are happy to also send an invoice in advance by email or post upon request.
   
• Payment via PayPal
  The goods will be shipped after your order. The invoice will be enclosed with the package.

As a regular customer, you have the choice between

  The goods will be shipped after your order. The invoice will be enclosed with the package. You pay within 14 days after receipt of the goods.

Note for commercial customers from the EU who require a net invoice:

We will be happy to issue you a net invoice in connection with a tax-free intra-Community delivery.
However, this obliges us to verify your VAT identification number.
Please enter it in the designated field during the ordering process and ensure that the company name, legal form, and address are identical to the data that the tax office has on file for you.

  • Tatami are shipped separately from our wholesaler.
    Large mats (over 90x90 cm) come with the shipping company.
    When ordering in combination with other items, only the transport costs for the tatami will be charged.

    When ordering in combination with other items, only the transport costs for the furniture will be charged.
    When ordering in combination with large tatami, unfortunately we must double the transport costs.

Standard shipping rates table

We usually ship with DPD (German parcel service).
Please make sure that the package can be received or deposited.

After receipt of your order or after receipt of payment or transfer confirmation from your bank, we will send the goods within max. 3 working days (except tatami; explanations in the shop) 

• Shipping with a shipping company
  For this offer we need your telephone number so that the shipping company can contact you in advance about a delivery date.
  Please note: The forwarding agents only deliver to the curb. It is necessary to inquire beforehand whether further services are possible.
  Possibly you should organize help to wear for the appointment.
• Important
  Please inspect the boxes carefully for any damage before signing the receipt. Possibly. document via photo.
  Complaints are very difficult to clarify afterwards.
